thailand is definitely on my list but it has 1 draw back, you can't own land in Thailand,I am looking for a country where I have absolute ownership of the land I buy! Malaysia is currently my number 1 country to retire because you can buy land there as foreigner and the land is yours! there is no weird stipulations, nothing!

Paris, lady buy bug spray, you don't need maintenance to kill bugs ,spray your apartment then next time, you see one it will be dead, you live in warm climate. But you also lived in USA warm climate,you should know how to clear bugs.
